www.nunoya.com for which Nunoya SL, hereinafter, NUNOYA.COM, is legally responsible,
The purchase of any of the products or services provided in www.nunoya.com, implies the acceptance of these contracting legal conditions, legal notice and privacy policy.
NUNOYA.COM informs the user that the language chosen for the conclusion of this electronic contract is Spanish and that there is no provision for storing it by a trustworthy third party even though NUNOYA.COM does store a register of all orders placed by its clients. If you wish, you can print or copy this screen to save these legal conditions.
Purchase Process
In our electronic shop, you will find the complete catalogue of the products offered by NUNOYA.COM, for purchasing any of them you will need to follow the following purchase process:
1º- Select the desired product adding it to the cart.
2º- Read carefully all the product’s available information. The prices shown next to the product are the prices in Euros with the corresponding taxes.
3º- Access the cart, where you will be able to check in detail the chosen products, the selling price and applicable taxes.
4º- If you agree with the order, you will have to register, filling in the data collection form, or identify yourself with your username and key if you are a registered user.
5º- Thereafter, you will have to provide the shipping data, and finally choose the payment method. During this process the system will show you the charges to be applied to your order depending on the delivery area and method of payment selected.
6º- Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your order, if you don’t receive this message please get in touch with us.
7º- NUNOYA.COM provides the following means of payment: Bank transference, Virtual Tpv, Cash on delivery.
If the chosen payment method is bank transference, you shall have a period of 5 working days to make the payment to the bank account indicated, forwarding us by e-mail to sean@nunoya.com the proof of payment. If the transference hasn’t been made within that period, the order will be cancelled. Please be reminded that when choosing this payment method the final cost of the order may be increased due to the commission applied by your bank.

Right of Withdrawal
The client will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal returning the order received, if it doesn’t meet his expectations. The exercise of this right will have to be carried out within a maximum of SEVEN working days from the date of reception and according to the official calendar of the location where the order was delivered. To be able to exercise this right it is necessary to keep the original packaging of the product and the product must be unused, the client will be responsible for the return charges. You will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to the address sean@nunoya.com, or by calling our customer service telephone number 667217274.
In accordance with that set forth in the art. 102 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, is approved, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be allowed for orders related to customised products or products manufactured according to the client’s indications. Therefore, all orders which include the cutting of fabrics will not be able to be the object of withdrawal since said orders have been manufactured in a customised way and following the client’s indications.
In any case, the product to be returned must be unused and with its entire original packaging intact. NUNOYA.COM will not allow returns of used products, or products which show alterations in their original packaging.
Shipping Policy
NUNOYA.COM ships its orders within three working days of receipt of your order's payment. The shipping is done through registered mail or courier, so you will have to indicate a delivery address where you can easily collect your order. At the time of delivery the client must check the good condition of the order before the shipping carrier, indicating on the delivery note, any anomaly that he might detect in the packaging or its content.
Products out of stock
NUNOYA.COM has a maximum period of 30 days to deliver products that are out of stock, in case that the chosen product cannot be delivered, the client might substitute it for another one or request the return of the amount paid.
Information to be taken into account by the Client
NUNOYA.COM wishes to note that the viewing of the colours on the screen of a PC can differ from the final result seen in the actual fabric, due to the different textures and thickness of the fabrics, as well as the resolution of the browsers and computer monitors used for the viewing of the images published in our webpage.
